Information on the processing of personal data (GDPR)

TECHNICKÉ LABORATOŘE OPAVA, joint stock company, with its main office at Těšínská 2962/79b, 746 01 Opava, ID No.: 25667521, as the controller of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Company“), hereby informs you about the processing of your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation“).

 

I. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

We process your personal data in order to:

  • Identify your person and the goods or services requested, or other data necessary for the purpose of concluding the contract and its subsequent performance, based on the legal basis for the performance of the contract.  
  • Issue accounting and tax documents, maintain accounting records and pay taxes on a legal basis to meet the Company’s legal obligations.
  • Enforce contract claims and defend against claims, conduct business and protect property and safety, based on the legal basis of our legitimate interest.

 

II. CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED

We process your:

  • Identification and contact details
  • Details of goods and services and delivery data
  • Billing and payment details
  • Data from communications between the Company and you
  • Data collected when registering on our website

 

III. CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

Your data will not be transferred to third parties except for the transfer of: 

  • External companies that provide support services for us, e.g. site security, insurance, legal services.
  • To public authorities for the purposes of fulfilling obligations imposed by generally binding legal regulations or a decision of a public authority or to protect our interests.

We do not intend to transfer personal data to third countries or international organisations outside the EU.  

 

IV. INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS

According to the Regulation, you have the right to request the Company to access, rectify or delete your personal data, to restrict processing, to request the portability of your personal data to another controller, as well as the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interest or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if the Company processes personal data in violation of the Regulation. Data erasure only applies to data that are no longer needed or have been processed unlawfully.
