We are proud to be the largest test laboratory for mine powered roof support and hydraulic legs in Europe. Our state-of-the-art facility performs extensive testing of hydraulic legs and cylinders for clients around the world such as Poland, USA, Australia and China. As an accredited laboratory, we ensure the highest standards of quality and accuracy in all our testing.
Testing of hydraulic legs and cylinders
Our comprehensive hydraulic cylinder testing involves subjecting the cylinder to a certain number of load cycles that push it to its limits until it fails, revealing the weakest point. Throughout the testing process, we perform careful visual inspections of hydraulic cylinder parts and their welds. In addition, we offer non-destructive testing options such as magnetic, ultrasonic or capillary testing that are tailored to our clients’ specific requirements. These tests are performed by our certified and highly qualified personnel.
To thoroughly record the progress and results of the tests, we take detailed photographic documentation of the tested samples and the entire test procedure. This documentation ensures transparency and facilitates comprehensive analysis.

At our facility, we emphasize customer satisfaction and transparency throughout the testing and certification process. We offer advanced features that allow customers to monitor their samples and pressure development in hydraulic legs via live camera feeds that are accessible online.
Upon completion of the tests, we provide an accredited test report in both Czech and the language of your choice. These reports serve as official documentation to prove the rigorous testing procedures and results obtained. We emphasize accuracy and comprehensibility in our reports, ensuring that you have all the information you need to make an informed decision about your hydraulic leg or cylinder.
